Assistant Accountant | 5 Years Experience - Kowloon Bay

Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or equivalent
- Solid accounting skills and understanding
- Minimum 5 years financial accounting experience
- Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, V- Lookups, etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Detail oriented and able to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Immediately available is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting duties including account payable, account receivables, payment preparation, handling of petty cash, monitoring of cash collection from customers
- Prepare month- End closing, including journal entry preparation, general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation
- Assist entities in Asia the individual will be in charge of with the financial reporting and review the reporting package for the consolidation
- Assist supervisor in preparing an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year- End financial reporting of Asia region
- Assist supervisor in providing required documents to auditors for year- End audit
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
