MIStrutE / MHKIE / MICE is a must
Degree or above in building & civil disciplinary studies with 6 years design experience;
Good command in Chinese, English, Cantonese, Putonghua
Local candidate
Responsibilities:
Liaise and coordinate between construction team, clients, government agencies, design institutes, and other stakeholders to facilitate project implementation
Lead in technical proposal preparation, prepare design documents and assessment report
Perform design or technical supervision to on- Going construction projects
Benefits:
HK$540,000 HK$720,000/year - Alary
12 Days of Annual leaves, 2nd year onwards, + 1 day per year, max 14 days
Medical and Dental insurance, Performance bonus
