JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experienced in Customer Service / Tourism would be an advantage
- Strong communication skill and good team player
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Fresh graduates are welcome

Responsibilities:
- Provide high levels of customer service to all guests.
- Provide up to date product knowledge and information of the attraction to assist guests
- Promote the attraction and deliver interaction with guests
- Maintain daily operation of site
- Ensure the mystery visit criteria is adhered to at all times
