Job Description: Sales Associate for a High-End Fashion Brand
As a Sales Associate, you will embody the company's representation to their customers. Your role will be crucial in the luxury goods sector, promoting the corporate image, contributing to the store's turnover, and cultivating customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting the store's sales objectives by selling shirts and accessories, with a focus on achieving daily sales goals.Consistently delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer, exceeding their expectations, and adhering to our service standards.Identifying every selling opportunity to achieve the agreed business unit sales targets by demonstrating professional sales techniques.Responding to customer requests, including after-sales service.Assisting with opening and closing procedures, along with daily inventory counts.Performing cashiering functions and daily housekeeping.Regularly participating in training to maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge and selling strategy.Assisting with in-store events.The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in the high-end fashion industry.A pleasant and presentable demeanor, with an energetic and results-driven approach.A service-oriented attitude and the ability to work well in a team.Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.JOB TYPE
