Job Title: Event Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

The Event Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring effective planning, management, and successful delivery of a variety of events, contributing to our overarching objectives of brand development, lead generation, and revenue growth. This

role reports directly to the Event Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, promote, and execute key events to bolster brand awareness, nurture customer/partner relationships, and stimulate sales leads. This includes developing a detailed execution checklist and timeline, regularly reporting on progress, and coordinating with team members.
- Ensure effective planning, promotion, and delivery of business unit-led events or programs with the aim of recruiting suitable participants, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
- Oversee database acquisition, segmentation, and maintenance to ensure marketing effectiveness. This includes monitoring updates to the database and its maintenance.
- Supervise event agencies, manage onsite event logistics, and handle post-event promotional activities, analysis, and reports to strengthen our branding, thought leadership, and revenue generation.
- Support the division with budget management and control, and assist in the payment settlement process.


- A University degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Event Marketing, particularly in driving event execution and processes, with business-oriented event management experience.
- Demonstrable skills in integrated marketing and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A highly motivated individual with creative thinking skills.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
